String INDEX OIDs

Hi

How is Table with a INDEX of String Data type is formulated:

suppose a table T has a index "Name" for string data type and another 
column object "address" of type integer,
then how OID should be formulated to access the address column object

Table T:

Name[1]         Address[2]
ABC           Canada
EFG            India


T.2."ABC"
or 
T.2.3.41.42.43
