SMUX problem and FreeRADIUS and x86_64

Hi, I have a running setup on RHEL 3, FreeRADIUS 1.1.7 and Net-SNMP 5.0.9 on i386 and I can monitor RADIUS correctly. I have created the same setup on RHEL 5.1, FreeRADIUS 1.1.7, Net-SNMP 5.3 on x86_64 and FreeRADIUS can not connect to SNMP (connection refused). I have tried building Net-SNMP 5.4 and still the same problem.
