I doubt that you can disable these if they've been built into the system. However, you can edit your VACM tables such that those tables will not be visible to anyone, which is externally indistinguishable from not being there, provided you hide the VACM information (which you should anyway) and retain all VACM authority. Other than that, you'd want to download sources and build with only what you want to run. Great opportunity to upgrade!
