RE: SNMPv3 Help - Problems with user accounts. Trying to snmpwalk

Yes both lines exist in the below mentioned files;

createUser myuser MD5 "my_password" DES  (ar/net-snmp/snmpd.conf:)

and

 rwuser myuser   (/usr/local/share/snmp/snmpd.conf:)


However on the check i get a timeout as shown below;

x:~$ snmpget -v 3 -u myuser -l authNoPriv -a MD5 -A my_password localhost sysUpTime.0

snmpget: Timeout (Sub-id not found: (top) -> sysUpTime)
