That doesn't make sense.
Both "trap2sink" and "informsink" are both sending notifications to
the same port (162).   And snmptrapd will only be listening on this
one port anyway.
   Why does it receive *anything* on port "X+1" (163?)
And *how* does it receive anything here - why is it even listening?

What happens if you run the agent with *just* the "informsink"
(and trapcommity) directives?

I haven't tested this, but you may need to put the
trapcommunity line *before* the informsink line.
I suspect that informsink is currently using the default
community string (i.e. public)
