Ok. After the responses, I've read about DISMAN notification log MIBs. There you can log the notifications, which you can query later via SNMP. What is not clear to me, is the role of the network management system (is that what you referred to by NMS, ¿no?), I mean, with respect to the reliable dispatch of the notifications.
