Thanks, but I meant the timeout for the snmpget c api function (using PDU = snmp_pdu_create(SNMP_MSG_GET) and snmp_synch_response(OpenSession,PDU,&Response) ), not the command line one.

I've tried to find it in the sources but I got lost...

        Use the "-t" flag.  Full details on the snmpcmd man page.
