RE: compile error when upgrading from 5.1.4.2 to 5.4.2.1 with gcc 2.96

	Then I offer this suggestion:

	1)  Remove the include line from the source code.
	2)  If you get an undefined function, search through the net-snmp *.h files to find the function definition and include that file.
	3)  Wash, rinse, repeat.
