The file "oamp_shm.h" is not missing, that is why net-snmp-5.1.4.2 compile.
If I use the compile instructions generated by 5.1.4.2 to compile 5.2.5.1, 5.3.2.3 or 5.4.2.1, then they all compile ok.
The question is, in 5.4.2.1, how to generate the same compile instructions generated by 5.1.4.2 (i.e. gcc -I../../include ...) ?
