No - the point of "make install" is to install the software (including the
agent binary) into the configured destination .   You should look for
it there, not in the 'agent' directory.

There is an executable binary hidden away within the 'agent' tree, but it's
not typically suitable for copying across to the target machine directly.
The point of "make install" is that it installs both the agent binary *and*
the libraries, and ensures that the agent is able to pick up the correct
set of libraries.
   Copying things across manually doesn't handle this properly, unless
you are really sure what you are doing.

Then copy them across from there.
