It just means that there are working monitoring modules for some platforms and not others. It appears that the TI DM6446 (daVinci) has an ARM core. I would not expect all the monitoring modules to be working on that platform. Does anyone know if there is an official (or unofficial) list? Have you tried "--enable-mfd-rewrites"? I don't know if that would help, but it may be worth a try.
