Are you sure that the hrProcessorTable (and hrProcessorLoad)
is actually available on that device?   What *can* you see from
that system.

It's not really possible to provide meaningful assistance unless
you provide more detail information about exactly what you
are trying.   Please include the *exact* commands - not just
"it doesn't work".

which tells you exactly what you need to put in your snmpd.conf file.
You can probably remove the whole of your current configuration,
and replace it by the very first line mentioned in that entry.
