Hi everyone,
sorry in advance for my bad english.
I try to use 'agentaddress' on my snmpd.conf file ( for some reasons, I
prefer to use agentaddress than com2sec6 ) but the server don't respond
to my IPv6 requests.
My access configuration for snmpd.conf :
agentaddress udp6:::1,tcp6:::1
rocommunity public
How i'm running the server :
snmpd -f -d -Dread_config -c /usr/local/share/snmp/snmpd2.conf
And how i test if the server respond to my IPv6 requests :
snmpwalk -c public -v 2c udp6:::1 .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.1
I have a timeout from the answer.
If i use com2sec, group, view and access tokens instead of agentaddress
and rXcommunity and if I run the server like that :
snmpd -f -d -Dread_config -c /usr/local/share/snmp/snmpd2.conf udp6:161
I have a correct answer from the server but i would like to know if i
can have the same result by using agentaddress and rocommunity tokens.
Thanks in advance.
Aurélien ANSEL.
