If you really want to do this by hand, then the files you need to edit are as follows: agent/mibgroup/mib_module* (probably just 'includes' and 'inits') agent/Makefile agent/mibgroup/Makefile (mibgroup_list_lo, mibgroup_list_o definitions) Note that editing this manually is unsupported - if you run into problems, you're on your own. The official advice is definitely to use "configure". (Having said which, it's perfectly possible to add a MIB module manually - I'll done it several times while working on new versions of the code!)
