If you run the command
    net-snmp-config --configure-options
this should report the options that were used originally.
So you could then simply add your new MIB modules to this list.

If you really want to do this by hand, then the files you need
to edit are as follows:

    agent/mibgroup/mib_module*
         (probably just 'includes' and 'inits')
    agent/Makefile
    agent/mibgroup/Makefile
         (mibgroup_list_lo, mibgroup_list_o definitions)

Note that editing this manually is unsupported - if you run into
problems, you're on your own. The official advice is definitely
to use "configure".
(Having said which, it's perfectly possible to add a MIB module
manually - I'll done it several times while working on new versions
of the code!)
