Alter a trap's Source address?

All, I have a requirement to issue traps on behalf of some mainframe systems from a Windows client. However, the traps need to reflect not the address of the Windows workstation but that of the systems I'm issuing them for. The source source address does not seem to be part of the PDU as far as I can tell (per both tracing throught the source code and a Wireshark trace) and I can't find a way to do that in Net-SNMP. Is there? And if so, how? I know this sort of thing is possible; have done so using IP*Works SSNMP product and am told that a utility called HPing could do so as well. FWIW I am writing to the the Net-SNMP API. TIA, Jeff ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Come build with us!
