I have no idea.
We do not implement RFC3289.
I know nothing about this MIB.

If there are extra parameters required for HTB,  over and
above those listed for existing schedulers, then you are going
to have to extend this MIB.  I.e. design your own MIB tables.

That's why I suggested you talk to the HTB people, to see
if anyone has looked at this before.

But there's no point in asking us - we know nothing about this MIB.
