editing a table

I couldn't find any information on how to create / edit
rows in snmp table,
I understand i suppose to use 'snmpset' for that,

for example, my table looks like that :

+--trapDestTable(1)
   |
   +--trapDestEntry(1)
      |  Index: managerIx
      |
      +-- CR-- INTEGER   managerIx(1)
      +-- CR-- IpAddr    managerIpAddress(2)
      +-- CR-- String    managerUsername(3)
      |        Textual Convention: DisplayString
      |        Size: 0..255
      +-- CR-- String    managerPassword(4)
      |        Textual Convention: DisplayString
      |        Size: 0..255
      +-- CR-- EnumVal   managerRowStatus(5)
               Textual Convention: RowStatus
               Values: active(1), notInService(2), notReady(3),
createAndGo(4), createAndWait(5), destroy(6)
