thanks, its clearer now,
still I can't create a row, but this is related
to our specific code, looks like I need to set
the 'managerRowStatus' and 'managerIpAddress' in one
atomic operation.

I tried 'snmpset ... managerRowStatus.9 i 4 managerIpAddress.9 a
10.0.0.139' but it still seems to go in two seperate requests
(or two .._handler function invocations)
