subagent dynamic table data

Hi Dave and All,

i am implementing sub agent in my existing application p1using agentx.

i have to support only get and get next not set(it should be read only from
outside).

my problem is that table rows can be modified at any instant it can not be
static ones and always available.

like i have a table with a integer index and three columns.

so for this table it is possible that i have 50 rows data available at start
up and after some time that table rows decreses /increses and at that
instance there should be no previous information should be provided on get
or getnext .

 for most of the examples available on net shows to insert data in the table
at start up in table initialization function.

how we can create a approach with which the table rows can be
inserted/deleted and updated at any instance.

is any existing approach of mib configuration files solves the issue ?
