There is no trap destination mentioned in that file.
So I wouldn't expect to see *any* traps generated from the agent.

The debug output of the agent seems to show the internal
probing of interface status, so it's probably watching for
linkUp/Down events.

But if it's not told where to direct traps to, then it won't send any.
