  Straight out of snmpd.conf man pages:

"[trapsess] is the appropriate directive for defining SNMPv3 trap
receivers.  See

  I feel a little dumb for missing that before, but I also find it
interesting that the linked tutorial (which I've read a bunch of times)
mentions NOTHING about the trapsess directive.
