  This sure appears to be the case.

  I was able to get more information about the underlying problem by
starting snmpd with the following debug option:

-D9:c64:check_wrap

  Every time the errors are reported, I see similar debug traces:

9:c64:check_wrap: check wrap 0x0.0xfffb3d37 0xffffffff.0xfffb3d28
c64 32 bit check failed
9:c64:check_wrap: check wrap 0x0.0x4c39a 0x0.0x4c3a9

9:c64:check_wrap: no wrap
9:c64:check_wrap: check wrap 0xffffffff.0xfffb3ce9 0xffffffff.0xfffb3cd7
netsnmp_assert 1 == new_val->high failed int64.c:419
netsnmp_c64_check32_and_update()
9:c64:check_wrap: check wrap 0x0.0x4c3e8 0x0.0x4c3fa
9:c64:check_wrap: no wrap

  The check_wrap messages are "old value high.old value low new value
high.new value low" and the errors are generated when the new high word
is 0xffffffff.

  I commented out ALL configuration before starting the agent and still
got the error messages, so this is not related to what we do with the
agent. Rather, I think the agent MIB is reading data from an errored
source.

  Hmmm,

  Ron
