snmp own agent support

Hi,

We are connecting some servers to a client. They asked us to use snmp in order to monitor some alarms of our servers.
We use Centos 5 and I have installed net-snmp in order to have it working. Operator was asking us for own MIB
file from our configuration and to be us we send alarms and clearing from our side to their platform is based on HPTeMIP.
We don't have expertice with snmp but we created a MIB.

We have identified these servicies:

    * Server Down
    * Service Down
    * Internet Connectivity Down
    * Low Disk Space
    * High Memory Usage
    * High CPU Usage

Does anyone give some support for build agent based on our MIB ?

Basically client wants that our agent sends traps of alarm, hearbeats telling to temip all is ok, and that our agent supports
resync of alarms when for some reason we do not send them
