retrieving description oid

Hello,

Is it possible to retrieve the description of a specific oid using one of the tools included in the net-snmp suite ?

Exemple : I own a mib which contains the text :

upsIdentManufacturer OBJECT-TYPE
       SYNTAX     DisplayString (SIZE (0..31))
       ACCESS read-only
       STATUS     mandatory
       DESCRIPTION
               "The name of the UPS manufacturer."
       ::= { upsIdent 1 }

I would like to get the string 'The name of the UPS manufacturer.' if I just have the mib file and the oid of upsIdentManufacture.
