Setting and Getting Table Content from an AgentX Application

To support specifying dynamic IPs for the generation of traps, I need to populate rows in the SNMP-TARGET-MIB and SNMP-NOTIFICATION-MIB tables. I am currently extending net-snmp using the AgentX interface to support my custom MIB.
