problem store sysLocation, sysContact, sysName

Hello, i have a problem in order to store some system attributes permanently. I have an embedded linux node on which runs the snmpd and among other things. If i change the attributes sysLocation, sysContact and sysName the attributes will not store permanently if i switch off (power cycle) the linux node. If i kill the process with kill -TERM pid the data will store permanently. The problem is that the customer can only power off the linux node without any power button and only the power line can push and pull by the customer.
