Using debug for snmpd v5.7.1

I have been trying to use the '-D<token>' command line option for snmpd and 
can't seem to get any output. The command I'm using is:

snmpd -Le -f -Dall

I dug further and found the source configure option '--disable-debugging' was 
set, so I changed that to '--enable-debugging' and rebuilt the agent. When I run 
with that, I get an obscenely verbose amount of trace output without even 
passing any '-D' command line options. But I see now with that build if I do 
pass a specific token with '-D', everything else is quieted.

So is it true that '--enable-debugging' causes an implicit '-Dall' on the 
command line unless otherwise specified?

And if one wants to keep '--enable-debugging' but normally have it quiet, is 
'-Dnone' the right way to do that?
