Win32 not compiling 5.7.2 with Visual Studio 2010 Pro

Please ask and I'll provide all the possible information I can to get this
problem resolved. I'm having one heck of a time compiling, but I'm getting
too many errors and warnings. I've read the README.win32 file and have
tried to follow it to the best of my ability, but still I'm getting a lot
of errors and warnings. The errors are mostly linker errors, where it's not
resolving external signals. I believe the problem is in warnings like
bellow, actually. The library files like 'libagent' and 'libsnmp' files are
compiling ok. I'm getting the errors when I try to link them in the support
programs, like 'snmptrapd', 'snmptrap', etc. I think the build schema or
solution needs to be edited. Here's an idea of the warning messages I'm
getting:
