The Net-SNMP 5.7.2 build on Win32 is broken due to a last-minute change. 
Please try the following:
* Apply the (trivial) patch documented in 
http://sourceforge.net/p/net-snmp/bugs/2419/.
* Use the build.bat method documented in README.win32 to build Net-SNMP.
