snmptrapd forward traps to snmpd via agentx

Hello!

I've been checking all the available documentation on snmp forums and 
have also discussed
with rstory/rstory-work on net-snmp IRC channel who has been very 
helpful and offered good insight
given our both limited time frames.

However, I am unable to get this going.

I have a device that is capable of sending only v1 traps and that cannot 
change, named A from now on.

I need to build a setup so it's v1 traps can be converted to v3. An 
endpoint where I can read (in syslog)
v3 traps that corespond to the v1's generated by A.

Based on previous discussions, here is what I have understood:

1. snmptrapd on A needs to forward traps to snmptrapd on B
2. snmptrapd on B needs to forward traps further to snmpd on B, via agentx.
3. snmpd needs to convert/generate a v3 trap and send it to C


I am using 3 centos linux machines(A, B, C).

[A v1 trap] -> [B snmptrapd agentx] -> [B snmpd agentx] -> [B snmpd v3 
trap] -> C

The SNMP on B does not receive anything, or does not display anything 
about receiving data (I added -Dagentx)

Below you will find config files for (snmpd, snmptrapd) on A and (snmpd, 
snmptrapd) on B.

It's always a chance I gotten something wrong, or I misunderstood 
something but I believe
have followed the guides on your website and it do not seem to work.
