requesting information from SNMP agent

I am using a Fedora 20 with net-snmp and net-snmp-tools rpm packages.
I am requesting information from SNMP server by snmpget and snmpwalk
from another computer. I use :

snmpget  192.168.60.12  system.sysName.0

and I am receiving a string.
Then I tried to change /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf file and deleted public
community string and wrote another name for that like asgar!! but I
can still request and get an answer  by:

snmpget  192.168.60.12  system.sysName.0

Even i have not specified -c public. If i change view or access
settings in /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf , to change read field to none, i
still can read information by that snmpget command!!

What is the reason for that? Why I can not limit SNMP agent not to
return any kind of information because other computers can find the
hostname, the kernel version and other information of that agent.

Is there any way to stop that? I mean SNMP agent can not respond?
