dot3HCStatsEntry MIB Specification

I have a basic clarification on dot3HCStatsEntry MIBs definition. It says :

The confusion I am having is over 1.3.6.1.2.1.10.7.2.1.1 and how
Dot3HCStatsEntry values should be rendered. Say there are 3 ifIndex so will
the output be like:

1.3.6.1.2.1.10.7.11.1.1.2
1.3.6.1.2.1.10.7.11.1.1.3
