Shawn, If you aren't doing it, you can run the check from the command line to do some debugging with the -v option for verbose. e.g /usr/local/netsaint/libexec/check_http <ip> -v option option option etc The -v will show you the page that is returned by the check. You can also test with wget from the command line to see what is being retrieved when you query that url.
