Problems accessing Netsaint

I have just configured Netsaint 0.0.7 onto linux Red Hat 7.2 and I can not
view the pages.

I changed the httpd.conf file to read

Server 10.1.1.1

Alias /netsaint/ /usr/local/netsaint/share/
<Directory /usr/local/netsaint/share>
	AllowOverride AuthConfig
	order allow,deny
	allow from all
</Directory>

ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/netsaint/ /usr/local/netsaint/sbin/
<Directory /usr/local/netsaint/sbin>
AllowOverride AuthConfig
	order allow,deny
	allow from all
</Directory>

restarted the httpd service, all ok there, the logged in, the Authentication
into netsaint worked fine with the access.conf file. Then clicked on the
links for each page and the error is 404 unable to locate
/var/www/cgi-bin/netsaint/file.cgi for this server

Checked the netsaint.cfg and nscgi.cfg and seems to be in order according to
the documentation. Been working on the for close to 2 weeks now and no luck.

The apache user is part of the netsaint group and the permissions to
netsaint directory and sub is set to 755.

Tried moving the cgi files to the cgi-bin/netsaint directory but it did not
work, not like iis.

HELP!!!!!

Any ideas on this?
