help me !!!!

I setup an alarm to check the Lotus Notes service

 When the notes service is down and the message is "Critical",  the Status
Information change to "Critical", but the current status keep in OK and the
system doesn't send any notification

What's it  wrong?

I setup:

I configured the service  in the hosts.cfg

      service[dsl102]=NOTES;0;24x7;3;2;1;webpin;120;24x7;1;1;0;;check_nrpe!check_notes


I tested the command

When the services is down I got this message
# /opt/sfw/lib/netsaint/plugins/check_nrpe 10.74.72.43 -c check_notes
Critical

and when the service is up I got this message
# /opt/sfw/lib/netsaint/plugins/check_nrpe 10.74.72.43 -c check_notes
OK

In the status.log I have the following message (with the service down):

[1030998545] SERVICE;dsl102;NOTES;OK;1/3;HARD;1030998479;1030998599;ACTIVE;1;1;1;1030991486;0;OK;6009;0;0;0;0;0;1;0;0;1;0;0.00;0;Critical
