netsaint.log and mysql question

HI! I have set up Distributed systems with Central server just collecting results and sending notifications. I want to set up mysql to collect data to do reporting with wide range. Has anyone wrote a script to dump the netsaint.log data to the database. I would like to dump it daily and don't care about real time.
