Running Netsaint-0.0.7 on R.H 7.3

I was having problem running netsaint-0.0.7 on Red Hat Linux system.
From the group I came to know that the problem is actually due to some
changes in iputilities package.

I downgraded the iputilities to older version that came with Rh 7.2.
Now netsaint-0.0.7 is running fine..
