host notifications not sent properly

Hi,

I am facing a peculiar problem with Netsaint 0.0.7

I get notifications if there are services which are down, but not with hosts
down. ie notify-by-email is working fine,but host-notify-by-email does not
work properly. I have only one contact and the configuration is to report
all problems to one email address. The log does not show anything unusual.
It says notifications are sent, but I receive only the service outage
notifications.I tried enabling the notifcations for all levels, but does not
help

I am providing he relevant parts of my conf. If you feel anything more is to
be provided, pls let me know
