No color in pages displaying CGI info

Hi all,
I just had to rebuild a server running Netsaint. It appears to be working 
fine, however, I have no color displayed within the CGI pages of my 
browser. Index.html and the side.html are fine. I have tried multiple 
browsers ie; IE5, Opera and Mozilla and none display color. I also had to 
repair Netsaint on my personal box at my desk and the color works fine on 
it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
