Pages not getting to me?

My Netsaint installation for this ONE host says it pages me when something 
goes wrong but it never does.

I'm using the same user and contact-group that I use for other hosts and I 
get pages from other hosts/services.  It just seems to be this one 
host.  How do I troubleshoot why it's not sending pages for this one 
host/service?

According to the "notifications" it pages me and emails me but I don't get 
anything.  How can I follow the steps it's trying to send the email?
