I am using netsaint under FreeBSD 
if any thing goes down i get notification via SMS/EMAIL
it keeps sending me SMS/EMAIL every 2 hours ...
how can i increase the notification period to be every 
6 hours instead of 2 hours .... and in which file should i add this??
