check_hpjd giving timeout

All,

This problem is persistent and I am not able to find out what is wrong The
check_hpjd plugin always returns 

"Timeout: No response from $IP"

I checked the printer setting and configured the SNMP Get and set community
string.Still the same error

Any ideas.
