Open Mode

Ok I seem to have missed something in the documentation. If i set my
gateway to open mode and then open a browser on a client i get my
apache test page. i take it theres additional configurations needing
to be done to apache to make the nocat splash.html page load instead.

what might i want to add/change to get the splash page for nocat
instead of the apache test page?
