help with "script not found or unable to stat:"

Hi All:
 Our nocat box starts to experience problem with some of the PCs.
Users are authenticated but no filter is built and redirection
is not possible. This is PC specific. The error is as follow:

script not found or unable to stat: /usr/local/nocat/authserv/cgi-bin/5; URL=http:

 Have any of you seen the above?
