Rubbish.  This FUD should be denounced as such, as soon possible.

If we are going to subscribe to each idle unbased threat in this manner
we might as well kiss our arse goodbye right now, as the fear will have
far more dire consequences for NoCat than any bloody lawyer or predatory
organisation.  Get over it, and get back to wireless.
