Yes, client can get correct DNS and gateway IP and is working fine if
iptables is off. If iptables is on, I can't connect 21, 53, 80 and 5820. But
iptables -L shows all these ports allowed. Why??

Is DHCP handing out the address of the gateway as the DNS server? Can
you connect to port 5280 on the gateway with a web browser?
