Hi, folks. I sincerely apologize for the mailing lists having been
down for the last few days. The usual kinds of server troubles
prompted us to upgrade the OS on the NoCat server, with the usual
kinds of resulting breakage. Mailman proved to be a particularly hard
case.

However, I promise to make it up to you in my next email...
