maybe "steal" is not the right word but imagine, for example, that a
user can give away its credentials to a friend so that the friend can
avoid payment of the service, if this is the case.
 
I am aware that nocat goal is "Infinite Bandwidth Everywhere for Free",
but consider that many locations, public and private, see payment of the
service a necessary requirement, at least to recover from initial
investment: the choice is between this and do not deploy nocat hotspots.
 
I am also aware that radius really is a better authentication than
passwd, but i need a rapid solution, considering that changing
DataSource will require some adjustment to my administration front-end
(icam).
