Universal IP or Universal Proxy

Hello, 

 

      First of all I am not sure which one of this terms define the
capability of the HOTSPOT or Access Point to enable an user connection
WITHOUT changing any of the network configurations on clients side.   Does
nocat have this parameter on their configuration file?.
