The one the guys at ewrt (portless) provide is pretty comprehensive. 
But due to the fact that no-one is actually going to read this you 
probably want to summarise it: XXX Cafe provides this wireless 
connection as a service but is not responsible for anything bad that 
you do, or anything bad that happens to you as a result of 
connecting. Clicking the button below signifies your acceptance of 
this." Or something similar.

The guys at ewrt are working on this, but for the moment probably the 
easiest thing to do is to set an arbirtrary WEP password and give 
that out. Not for security, 'cos we all know WEP is broken, but it 
will deter the casual browser.

Any P2P ones you can. Bit-torrent is a real drain on resources, not 
to mention a legal minefield.
